1978 Freewheelin’ Bronco Sweepstakes 

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.   A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

This 1978 Freewheelin’ Bronco Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsorship

The Sweepstakes sponsor is Maxlider Motors LLC, located at 14170 Carole Drive, Unit B Bloomington, IL 61705.  Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.  Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

3. Entry Period

This Sweepstakes begins on April 18, 2018 at 12:01 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on August 9, 2018 at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter
5. In-person Entry:

During the entry period, purchase one or more products from either the Maxlider Brothers Customs shop or one of their booths at various shows across the country. RECEIVE ONE ENTRY FOR EVERY $1 SPENT (shipping costs not included and will not be calculated as an entry).   You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

2. Online Entry:

During the entry period, visit the Maxlider Brothers Customs merchandise page located on https://shop.maxliderbros.com/ and purchase one or more products during the promotion period. All required checkout information must be completed, although you are not required to create an account to enter. RECEIVE ONE ENTRY FOR EVERY $1 SPENT (shipping costs not included and will not be calculated as an entry).   You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

3. Mail-in Entry:

To obtain an entry without making a purchase, legibly handprint your name, street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, telephone number, complete e-mail address on a standard 4” x 6” postcard (with no outer envelope) and mail to: Bronco Giveaway, 14170 Carole Drive, Unit B Bloomington, IL 61705. Requests must be postmarked and sent by August 9, 2018. Entries mailed after that date will not be accepted. All mail-in entries must be legibly hand written (including addressing), mailed separately with no outer envelope and have sufficient postage. RECEIVE TEN (10) ENTRIES PER MAIL IN REQUEST. LIMIT THREE MAIL-IN ENTRIES PER PERSON.

Promotion Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, incomplete, non-delivered or postage-due mail; or for failure or unavailability of electronic equipment, communications or Internet connections; or other errors, failures or malfunctions of any kind.

By entering online, in-person or via mail-in, you consent to receive emails from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe from these emails without affecting your chances of winning the promotion.

 

5. Limitations on Entries

No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted.  Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified.  Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

6. Drawing

Each Friday April 27,2018 through August 10, 2018, a predetermined number of names will be drawn from the entire pool of valid entries as finalists “Finalists” for the grand prize drawing. On April 27, 2018, five (5) of these Finalists will be drawn. Every Friday thereafter through the 10^th of August 2018, an additional three (3) names will be drawn as Finalists.

On August 17, 2018, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Finalist to be the Grand Prize Winner from the pool of fifty (50). The process for random selection and the location of the Grand Prize Drawing shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. Further, the final date and location of the Grand Prize Drawing are subject to change at Sponsor's discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.  If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by telephone.  Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by telephone within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of: ONE (1) Used 1978 Brown Ford Bronco and its accompanying vehicle title. Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Grand Prize. The winner is solely responsible for acquiring the vehicle. The sponsor will not provide the winner with any compensation in regards to acquiring the vehicle. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with acquiring the vehicle. The vehicle will remain in the sponsor’s possession until a specific date and time provided by the winner. Arrangements for acquisition of the vehicle must be made by September 17, 2018. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded.  [A Form 1099 will be issued to Grand Prize winner.]

The winner may elect to substitute the Grand Prize with a cash alternative of $2,000 awarded in the form of a check. Check will only be made payable to the name on the entry only.

Forty-Nine (49) Finalist Prizes will be awarded to the remaining Finalists on August 17, 2018, consisting of a package of Maxlider Brothers Customs Gear. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded.  [A Form 1099 will be issued to Grand Prize winner.]

8. Odds & Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.

The ARV of the grand prize is $4,500. This value is based upon the sponsors appraisal, and is subject to change with market fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded.

The ARV of the finalists’ prize is $50. This value is based upon the sponsors appraisal, and is subject to change with market fluctuations. This value is also subject to change with addition of components to finalist prize package, which may be done at sponsors discretion. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded.

9. Winner’s Name

The name of winner is available only within THIRTY (30) days after the close of the Sweepstakes.  To receive the name of the winner, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at alex@maxliderbros.com.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each entrant’s (and his/her parent’s/legal guardian’s if entrant is a minor) permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use entrants' names, photos, voices and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation or notice.

11. General Terms

By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects.  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time.  Sponsor and its affiliates will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes.  YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.  Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.

WARNING:  ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOROWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
